We do not claim unrestricted ownership of personal data submitted through the website.

Any processing of confidential client materials will be governed by the applicable service agreement and agreed working process.

Submitting a pilot enquiry does not automatically enrol you in a general marketing newsletter.

Where separate consent is required for unrelated promotional communication, we will request it separately.
